My winemaker experience

photo6I have produced Clairette de Die (ancestral method), Crémant de Die (traditional method), Châtillon wines, St Joseph, Cornas and liqueurs.

At the same time, I developed a range of aperitifs and digestifs alcohol produced via fermentation and plant maceration. Following a veritable success in this domaine, I sold my winery in 2012.
In 2005, I created an estate in Tunisia. (www.kurubis.com).


For me this meant new grapes, a new terroir, a new culture for the production of high quality red, white and rosé wines. Not only that, but I introducted Tunisia for the first time to a range of sparkling wines (blancs de blancs, rosé and semi-dry).Barrels in a cellar
This new venture has already born its fruit.


My high quality wines continue to win between 50 and 100% for the worldwide competitions for Tunisian wine every year.


Since 2009, I am a partner with the Domain de la croix des pins (www.chateaulacroixdespins.fr) in Mazan next to Mont ventoux, our appellations include Ventoux, Gigondas, Beaumes de venise.


Equipped with my insatiable desire to learn much as possible about the complexity of wine, I decided to try a different continent, and a new production particularly sauvignon and tannat.



Since 2011i have been the business partner and manager of vineyard techniques and oenology of an estate in Uruguay.


My goal is to share my experience and knowledge with you. I will use whatever means necessary (including my extensive network within the domaine) to answer your questions and concerns.
